One-Eyed Horse Team Honored at 2022 SSUFF

For the past two years, One-Eyed Horse Productions has been honored to be part of the Sunny Side Up Film Festival, a competitive, international film festival focused on westerns. The accolades continued at this year’s 5th Annual Awards ceremony on March 18, 2022 when Bass Reeves and the Brunter Brothers, Richard Cutting (Come Hell or High Water, Day of the Gun, Bill Tilghman and the Outlaws), and Dan Searles (writer, Bill Tilghman and the Outlaws) were recognized as winners in their category.

• Best Western Documentary: Bass Reeves and the Brunter Brothers
• Best Support Actor in a Western Short: Richard Cutting (Bass Reeves and the Brunter Brothers)
• Best Faith-Based Screenplay: Dan Searles (Gunfight at Hell’s Half Acre)
• Best Western Short Screen Play: Dan Searles (Always a Cowboy)
