Bill Tilghman Honored at Berkeley Springs Film Festival
Bill Tilghman and the Outlaws picked up more accolades this weekend at the 2021 Berkeley Springs Film Festival (BSFF). The BSFF is a fall festival for filmmakers by filmmakers that honors independent films and the artists who create them. Bill Tilghman was honored to take home the top prize in each of the following categories:
- Best Actor: Ken Arnold
- Best Actress: Kathy Searle
- Best Supporting Actor: Johnny Alonso
- Best Supporting Actress: Lana Wood
- Best Narrative Film: Wayne Shipley
- Best Wardrobe: Patti Shipley
- Best Screenplay: Dan Searles
